INGREDIENTS

Meat & Cheese: – soft cheeses of choice – aged cheeses of choice – cured meat

Arrange the meat and cheese on a large cutting board with knives for slicing the cheese and/or meat.

Fill in the board with your spreads of choice, fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts, jams, dark chocolate, etc.

Serve with choice of wine pairings and/or alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages of choice!
