Gut-Friendly Recipes

Here you will find Low-FODMAP recipes that are low or have no fermentable carbohydrate. FODMAP stands for fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides and polyols.  Low-FODMAP foods include every kind of animal protein, bananas, kiwis, carrots, cucumbers, green beans, rice, all kinds of summer squash (like zucchini), all kinds of winter squash, and much more! These healing meals are designed to assist with inflammatory health conditions and bowel diseases.
