Single-Serve Peach Cobbler made with only five basic ingredients! This easy fruit cobbler recipe makes the perfect sized serving for one to two individuals.

This single-serving peach cobbler is perfect for one or two people and requires hardly any time to make.

This simple single serving peach cobbler recipe features a delightful gooey peach filling, a crispy buttery topping, and requires very little effort!

One of my favorite parts about this easy recipe is the fact that it only requires 5 wholesome ingredients, one of which is entirely optional (vanilla extract). You may have everything you need already!

I also love that this easy peach cobbler doesn’t require you to make a pie crust or biscuit dough and can easily be made vegan (or dairy-free) by going the coconut oil route. 

This small peach crumble recipe is a great alternative when you would prefer to not have the leftovers of a large cobbler around, tempting you from the kitchen.

Let’s discuss the basic ingredients for this easy individual peach cobbler.

Single-Serve Peach Cobbler Ingredients:

Fresh Peaches: We need one medium-sized juicy peach to make this easy single-serve peach cobbler recipe. I recommend using ripe peaches that are nice and soft for the best results.

Pure Maple Syrup: Used to sweeten both the peach filling and the cobbler topping, we need a little pure maple syrup.

For sweeter cobbler topping, consider adding 2-3 teaspoons of brown sugar or white sugar to the topping mixture in addition to the pure maple syrup.

Coconut Oil or Melted Butter: A little melted coconut oil or butter is used for the fat portion of the cobbler topping. I prefer using melted butter because it brings that iconic cobbler flavor.

Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour: The crumble topping is made using flour for a crispy, delicious topper to the gooey peaches. I use Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour

If you aren’t gluten-free, feel free to use regular all-purpose flour here.

Sea Salt: Be sure to add a pinch of salt to the peach filling and the cobbler topping in order to enhance the flavors. 

Recipe Adaptations:

  • Mix in other fresh fruit, such as slices strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries.
  • If you prefer your own oat flour over gluten-free all-purpose flour, feel free to make the switch. Do note that the texture will be less crispy.
  • Add 2 teaspoons of old-fashioned oats or quick oats to the cobbler topping for a lovely addition to the topping.
  • Feel free to double, triple or quadruple the recipe if you are looking to make many mini cobblers to feed more people. As an alternative, make my full batch of Peach Crisp

You Will Also Need:

In addition to the ingredients listed in the recipe card below (and just above), you will also need one oven-safe small dish.

10-ounce ramekins work great, with enough space for single serving recipes like this. The ramekin you see in my photos is an 8-ounce ramekin although 10-ounce ramekins are a standard size.

How to Make Single-Serve Peach Cobbler:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Toss together the ingredients for the peach pie filling to a measuring cup or small bowl and toss together until well-combined. Transfer the peach mixture to an oven-safe ramekin or small dish.

Melt butter or coconut oil in a small measuring cup (or a small bowl) for 20-40 seconds in the microwave. I like to use the same measuring cup I used for the peach pie filling mixture.

Add the remaining ingredients for the cobbler topping to the measuring cup. Mix well until a thick dough forms. Set aside until ready to use.

Place the flour mixture on top of the peaches. I form a crumble topping out of the dough, but you can also create an even layer or a biscuit shape out of the cobbler dough.

Place the ramekin of peach cobbler on a baking sheet. This is a preventative measure to catch any juices that may seep out so that they don’t spill onto your oven floor. I haven’t gotten any seepage, but I still think it is the best way to prevent any unnecessary cleanup.

Bake on the center rack of the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches have softened.

The baking time may vary depending on whether your ingredients are at room temperature or if they are chilled.

Remove the cobbler from the oven and allow it to cool for at least 10 minutes, or until the ramekin is cool enough to handle.

Enjoy this single-serve peach cobbler with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream, and enjoy!

Storage Tips:

If you happen to have leftovers, wrap the ramekin in plastic wrap or aluminum foil (or transfer the leftover cobbler to an airtight container) and refrigerate for up to 4 days.

Heat leftover cobbler in the microwave or in an air fryer the next day for breakfast.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of peaches should I use?

Standard yellow peaches that are perfectly ripe are my recommendation! The ripeness ensures the peach softens during the baking process and produces delicious juices to caramelize the peach slices.

While using an unripe peach will work, the peach won’t soften as much, won’t produce as much sweetness and flavor, and won’t generate that delicious gooey cobbler filling. Juicy peaches are the way to go with this small batch homemade peach cobbler!

Is this recipe vegan?

Yes, provided you stick with coconut oil instead of the butter option. It is also gluten-free, which makes it a great option for those with dietary restrictions.

Can I use almond flour instead of all-purpose flour?

Yes! For an almond flour version, mix up the ingredients below and follow the directions in the recipe card.
