Great Bowls of Food!

Is there anything more comforting than big bowls of food after a long day of work? I love bowl food so much, I even wrote a cookbook with all bowl food recipes! Packed with protein, healthy fats, complex carbohydrates, and dietary fiber, these healthy dinner recipes are both filling and nutritious.

Some of my favorite bowl recipes are my Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites Bowls, Thai Chicken and Cabbage Bowls, and my Greek Chicken Bowls. All of these recipes make for amazing meal prep, and can also be prepared in parts to break up some of the work.
