What is up, party people?!

I’m moving this weekend, so I’m probably currently eyeballs deep in pantry essentials and non-toxic cleaners. I hope you all are having yourselves a brilliant Memorial Day Weekend!

Let’s talk menu! We have two types of chickpea burgers (because the only thing better than one veggie burger is two), lentil taco salad, Greek Super Grain Salad, and Wasabi Vegetable Bowls. I hope you have a fun and safe holiday weekend!

Greek Super Grains Salad with Homemade Pita Chips from Eats Well With Others

Prep Ahead Tip: This recipe is super quick to come together, but if you’re pressed for time the grains can be cooked ahead of time.

Vegan/Gluten-free Substitutions: To make this recipe vegan, omit the feta cheese or sub crumbled tofu with lemon juice. Use gluten free pita to make it gluten free, or just omit the homemade pita chips entirely.
