Lemon Poppy Seed Energy Balls made with almond butter, oats, dates, a generous amount of lemon zest, poppy seeds, hemp seeds, and optional protein powder.

- oats - almond butter - lemon zest - poppy seeds - medjool dates - hemp seeds - sea salt

Add all of the ingredients for the energy balls to a food processor.

Process until the ingredients are well combined.

Add water one tablespoon at a time (2-6 tablespoons total), until the energy ball mixture is easy to press together.

Form bite-sized balls out of the mixture, and enjoy!

Store energy balls in an airtight container or zip lock bag in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Freeze for up to 3 months!
