Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. In a small bowl, stir together the sugar-free sweetener and cinnamon for the cinnamon swirl mixture.

Whisk together the eggs, full-fat coconut milk, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl and mix until well-combined. You can also use a stand mixer or a hand mixer if you prefer.


In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, sugar-free sweetener, baking powder, and sea salt.



Pour the flour mixture into the bowl with the wet ingredients and mix until combined into a thick batter.
