Stir the ground flax seeds and water together in a bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes to make flax "eggs".

Combine the flax eggs with the avocado oil and pure maple syrup, then add in the dry ingredients.

Stir everything together until a thick sticky dough forms.

Spoon the oat mixture into a sprayed muffin tin and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
