ingredients

01.

Rinse the blueberries with water and pat them dry using a paper towel. Set aside until ready to use. Mix the ingredients for the streusel topping together in a small bowl or measuring cup. Set aside until you’re ready to use it.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line an 8” x 8” baking pan with parchment paper. Transfer the softened butter, brown sugar to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment.

02.

Cream together the butter and sugar on medium speed until well-combined and fluffy. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula, add in the eggs and pure vanilla extract, and mix on medium-high speed until well combined.

03.

04.

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt and stir to combine. Pour the dry ingredients into the mixer with the wet ingredients.

05.

Mix until a smooth batter forms and the flour mixture is completely combined into the wet mixture. Add the Greek yogurt in and mix on low speed until everything is well combined.
