EASY SAUSAGE EGG BAKE (HIGH PROTEIN, LOW-CARB)

- Italian sausage - eggs  - onion & garlic - bell pepper, olives, tomatoes, spinach - grated cheese

Sauté the onion, garlic, sliced sausage and spinach in a skillet.

Transfer all of the ingredients except for the eggs and cheese to a large casserole dish.

Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl then pour them over the casserole ingredients.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes. Slice and serve!
