PAN-FRIED COD

Perfectly cooked pan-fried cod makes the easiest high-protein main dish! The icing on the cake is the delicious goodies like garlic, kalamata olives, capers, and lemon, which take this thing straight to Flavortown.

Remove the cod from its packaging and pat it dry with paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Sear in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Continue cooking and flipping every couple of minutes until the filets reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Add in the kalamata olives, garlic, and capers.

Cook and stir until the capers and olives are warm.

Bake on the center rack of the preheated oven for 20-22 minutes at 350 degrees F. Enjoy!
