Add the full-fat canned coconut milk and orange juice concentrate to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the creamsicle base into a popsicle mold, place the top on and insert the popsicle sticks.
Freeze for 4 hours, or until creamsicles are completely frozen and set up.
When you’re ready to eat the creamsicles, allow them to thaw at room temperature for a few minutes before tugging on one of the popsicle sticks. If it doesn’t release somewhat easily, simply wait longer or run the outside of the popsicle mold under hot water to help along the process.
