Halloween Sangria Recipe

Pick a red wine and you'll end up with a dark (black) sangria. Choose a white wine, and you'll end up with a bright red sangria. Bottoms up!

- 1 (750-ml) bottle wine *
- 1/2 to 1 cup pomegranate cherry, grape, or blueberry juice
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1 to 2 ounces flavored liqueur such as Cointreau optional
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup to taste
- 4 cups fresh fruit **
* For black sangria, use red wine such as cabernet sauvignon or Malbec. For Red sangria, use white wine such as sauvignon blanc, or Rose.
** Such as apples, blood oranges, plums, cherries, etc.
