Ground Beef and Sweet Potato Skillet
An easy one-skillet meal that is big on nutrients and low-fuss to prepare. Ground beef and sweet potatoes pair magically! This nourishing meal is filling as is and can be paired with rice or a side salad for a more substantial meal.

Add all of the ingredients to a large skillet and heat to medium-high. Place the ground beef in the center of the skillet to allow it to brown for 2 minutes before flipping it to the other side and browning another 2 minutes.
Chop up the beef using a spatula, then stir it into the vegetables.
Turn the heat down to medium, cover the skillet and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the vegetables have reached your preferred level of done-ness.
Taste for flavor and add sea salt to taste.
