Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 9” x 5” loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, pure maple syrup, avocado oil, and vanilla extract until the wet ingredients are well combined.
In a separate bowl, stir together the almond flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, ground nutmeg, and sea salt until the dry ingredients are combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir well until a thick batter forms.
Transfer the donut batter to the prepared loaf pan and spread it into an even layer. Bake on the center rack of the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the bread tests clean and is golden brown on top. Insert a digital thermometer into the center of the bread. If it reads 190 degrees F or higher, it is ready.
Let bread cool completely to room temperature.
Glaze the Loaf:
Pull the loaf out of the pan by tugging on the sides of the parchment paper and transfer to a large cutting board.
Mix the powdered sugar and milk (or water) in a measuring cup or a bowl and stir until all the lumps of sugar have dissolved.
Pour the glaze over the bread evenly until you have covered the whole loaf and all of the glaze is used.
Allow the bread to sit at room temperature for 1 hour or until the glaze has completely hardened.
