Ingredients

Air Fryer Pork Chops:

  • 2 bone-in pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado oil or olive oil
  • Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Air Fryer Green Beans:

  • 1 lb fresh green beans trimmed
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions

Cook the Pork Chops:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  • Pat both sides of the pork chops with a paper towel to absorb any excess moisture.
  • Coat the pork chops in avocado oil (or cooking oil of choice), then sprinkle liberally with sea salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Place the pork chops in the air fryer, ideally such that they are not touching (no huge deal if they are. Just be sure they aren’t overlapping).
  • Air fry at 400 degrees for 6 minutes, flip, then air fry for an additional 6 minutes or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 150 degrees F. Note: if you’re using boneless pork chops, air fry at 400 for 10 minutes).
  • Immediately remove the pork chops from the air fryer and set them on a plate to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Make the Green Beans:

  • If you’re making green beans to go along with the pork chops, here’s what you do!
  • Chop the ends off of the green beans, then toss them in a bowl with avocado oil (or cooking oil of choice), sea salt, and garlic powder.
  • Air fry green beans at 400 degrees F for 5 to 10 minutes (depending on your preference). I find 6 to 7 minutes to be perfect for me, where the green beans have softened and are beginning to turn golden-brown but are still al dente.
