ripe banana
peeled and frozen

unsweetened almond milk

teaspoons
pure maple syrup
or to taste

teaspoon
pumpkin pie spice*

pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Throw it all in a blender and blend, son!
Notes
*If you don’t have pumpkin pie spice, you can use ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger, and a pinch of allspice and nutmeg.
