For serving:
- ½ ripe peach chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- ¼ cup granola
Add the ingredients for the cherry coconut smoothie to a high-powered blender. Blend until completely smooth. Note that the smoothie is supposed to be very thick! For this reason, you may need to stop the blender a couple of times to scrape the sides to help everything blend together.
Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with fresh peaches, blueberries, and granola
