chopped small chunks

blueberry yogurt
or vanilla yogurt plus frozen blueberries

loosely packed spinach
chopped, or kale leaves

ripe avocado

almond milk
Instructions
Throw it all into a blender and blend until completely smooth (and thick!)
Notes
This smoothie turns out very thick. Add more almond milk if you would prefer a thinner consistency.
