Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup fresh basil loosely packed
  • 1 cup fresh parsley loosely packed
  • 2 Tbsp chives chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients for the green goddess dressing to a small blender or a food processor.
  • Blend (or process) until the herbs are finely chopped and the dressing is thick and creamy and has reached your desired consistency.
  • Taste the dressing for flavor and add more sea salt or lemon juice to taste. Note that salad dressings always taste less strong when mixed into salad, so keep that in mind before making changes.
    Spoonful of goddess dressing
  • Store homemade green goddess dressing in a jar with a lid or an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
