Roasted Radishes
A delicious and nutritious side dish, roasted radishes go alongside any main entrée!

- 1 bunch radishes rinsed and halved
- 1 1/2 Tbsp avocado oil
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Slice the radishes in half and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with avocado oil and sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Use your hands to toss everything together until radishes are well-coated in oil and seasoning.
Turn the radishes so that they are all cut-side down.
Roast 18 to 25 minutes, or until the radishes are golden-brown and have some wrinkles. Give the radishes a little shuffle half-way through (I jostle them around with a spatula after 10 minutes of baking). Note: if you'd like to add a few cloves of minced garlic, do so when the radishes have 5 to 10 minutes left in the oven.
Remove radishes from the oven, allow them to cool for a few minutes, then serve!
