Cook the green beans in boiling water for 2 minutes then immediately transfer them to an ice bath. Drain after 5 minutes in the ice bath.

Transfer the cooled green beans, kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese to a large mixing bowl.

Pour in the oil and vinegar and mix well.

Taste the salad for flavor and add salt and pepper to your personal taste. Serve with your main entree and enjoy!
