Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss together until well combined.
Heat a large cast iron or non-stick skillet over medium heat and add about 1 tablespoon olive oil (or cooking oil of choice), enough to generously coat the surface.
Place shrimp on the hot surface, creating one even layer and giving shrimp space between. This may need to be done in two batches.
Cook 2 minutes, flip and cook on the other side another 2 to 3 minutes, until cooked through.
Serve over choice of white or brown rice or grits
