Ingredients
  • 1 large head currly kale leaves chopped
  • 1/2 small head cabbage thinly sliced
  • 2 large carrots peeled and sliced with a julienne peeler
  • 6 radishes thinly sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • Vegan Buttermilk Salad Dressing
Instructions
  1. Add the ingredients for the kale salad to a large serving bowl. Drizzle desired amount of vegan buttermilk salad dressing over the salad and toss well until everything is coated. Sprinkle sea salt to taste and serve alongside your favorite entree!
