Servings: 1 large smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 egg beaten, scrambled, and cooled
  • 1 ripe banana peeled and frozen
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen red grapes
  • 3 large ice cubes
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon to 1/4 ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. In a small skillet, scramble the egg over medium heat until fluffy and cooked through. Remove from heat and set on a plate. Allow egg to cool to room temperature.
  2. Add all ingredients for the smoothie to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
