  • Transfer the cookies to the refrigerator for 1 hour ot until they are set up, or freeze for 15 minutes or until the cookies have firmed up and are solid.
  • Once the cookies have set up, go ahead and serve them! After the cookies have set up in the refrigerator or freezer, you can store them at room temperature as long as your home isn't too warm. If your house stays relatively warm, I recommend keeping them refrigerated. 

Notes

*You can also use peanut butter, sunflower seed butter or any nut or seed butter you like.
**or honey. Stick with pure maple syrup for a vegan cookie recipe.
***Use coconut oil for vegan.
Store oatmeal no-bake cookies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. You can also freeze the cookies in a large ziplock bag or freezer bag in the freezer for up to 3 months.
