Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 pound steak NY Strip, ribeye, sirloin, etc, cut into cubes
  • 2 large zucchini chopped
  • ½ red onion chopped
  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce to taste
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a large skillet and heat to high. Cook, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid has evaporated, forming a thick sauce around the food and the food begins to caramelize, about 20 to 25 minutes total.
  • Taste the teriyaki beef for flavor and add more teriyaki sauce and/or sea salt to taste.
  • Serve over rice or with choice of sides.
