  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  • Chop the carrots into fry shapes and place them in a large mixing bowl along with the avocado oil, paprika, garlic, and sea salt.
  • Use your hands to toss everything together until the carrots are well-coated with oil and seasoning.
  • Spread the fries on the baking sheet into a single layer, giving them plenty of room to bake evenly. 
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the fries are golden-brown. 
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
