  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted unsweetened peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds such as Health Warrior white chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • Dash cinnamon

Instructions

  • Put it all in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
