Ginger Peach Green Smoothie Bowl

Fresh, flavorful green smoothie made into a delicious breakfast bowl! This peach smoothie bowl is incredibly flavorful!

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe peach pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower steamed and frozen
  • 1 large pitted medjool date optional
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 1/2-inch nub ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp hemp protein powder see note*
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

For Serving the Bowl:

Instructions

  • Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If need be, add additional almond milk to get the smoothie to blend, but try to keep it as thick as possible. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with bee pollen, flaked coconut, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and sliced peach (or choice of toppings).

Notes

*you can replace the hemp protein powder with your favorite protein powder, or use collagen peptides.
