- 1 egg beaten, scrambled, and cooled
- 1 ripe banana peeled and frozen
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen red grapes
- 3 large ice cubes
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice optional
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/8 teaspoon to 1/4 ground cinnamon
In a small skillet, scramble the egg over medium heat until fluffy and cooked through. Remove from heat and set on a plate. Allow egg to cool to room temperature.
Add all ingredients for the smoothie to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
