  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth. Transfer mixture to a popsicle mold and insert the popsicle sticks. Freeze 4 hours, or until completely frozen. 

  2. When ready to serve, thaw the popsicles, then gently pull on the popsicle sticks to release them from their molds. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

*Make this recipe keto by omitting the pure maple syrup, adding 1/2 cup zero-sugar granulated sweetener of choice (such as Stevia, Swerve, Monk Fruit Sweetener, etc), and an additional 1/2 cup full-fat canned coconut milk.
