  • 1 (5-ounce) can tuna drained
  • 1/2 ripe avocado pitted and mashed
  • 2-3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice to taste
  • 1 pinch sea salt to taste
  1. Add all tuna salad ingredients to a small mixing bowl and stir together until well-combined. Sea salt to taste and enjoy on top of a green salad or in a sandwich. Keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
