  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and line a 9: x 5" loaf pan with parchment paper.

  2. Add all ingredients except the walnuts to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.

  3. Stir half of the chopped walnuts into the batter. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth into an even layer. Sprinkle with remaining walnuts.

  4. Bake on the center rack of the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, until set up. Turn off the oven and leave loaf in the hot oven 10 minutes more. Remove bread from the oven and allow it to cool 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
