  1. Add all ingredients to a 10-inch cast iron skillet and heat to medium.
  2. Stir constantly for 8 to 10 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed and nuts are golden-brown and crispy.
  3. Remove skillet from heat and allow cashews to cool slightly before serving.
