Ingredients
  • 1 in frozen banana chopped small chunks
  • ½ cup blueberry yogurt or vanilla yogurt plus frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup loosely packed spinach chopped, or kale leaves
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • ½ cup almond milk
Instructions
  1. Throw it all into a blender and blend until completely smooth (and thick!)
Recipe Notes

This smoothie turns out very thick. Add more almond milk if you would prefer a thinner consistency.
