SLOW COOKER PORK ROAST RECIPE

Remove the pork roast from its packaging and pat it dry with paper towels. Season with sea salt and pepper

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet and sear the roast on two sides for 6 minutes each.

Transfer the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker and stir.

Transfer the browned pork roast to the crock pot. Secure the lid and cook on High for 5-6 hours or Low for 7-8 hours.

Transfer the pork roast to a cutting board and shred it or chop it into chunks. Serve with potatoes and veggies and enjoy!
