SLOW COOKER BEEF BOURGUIGNON

Chop the roast into large chunks and sear them on two sides for 3-6 minutes per side.

Transfer all of the veggies to the bottom of your crock pot.

Stir together the ingredients for the broth and pour it into the crock pot.

Add the browned beef to the crock pot and give everything a big stir. Cook on high heat for 4-5 hours or low heat for 7-10 hours.
