SALISBURY STEAK RECIPE (WITH A GLUTEN-FREE OPTION)

Add all of the ingredients for the ground beef steaks to a mixing bowl and mix until well-combined. Form 5 patties out of the mixture.

Heat oil in a large skillet and sear the meat patties for 1 minute per side. Transfer to a place and set aside.

Sauté the onion, garlic and mushrooms in the skillet. Stir in the flour.

Pour in the beef broth and bring gravy to a full boil.

Add the browned beef patties back into the skillet with the gravy and cook for another 5-8 minutes, until gravy is thick.
