Transfer the salmon filets to a large casserole dish or a rimmed sheet pan or baking dish. Drizzle with avocado oil, sprinkle with sea salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
Broil for 10-13 minutes, until golden brown, depending on the thickness of the fish. Salmon is cooked through when it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
Drizzle the hot honey over the top of the salmon and serve! I recommend serving salmon with brown rice and a salad or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
