- oats - unsweetened applesauce - fresh apple - eggs - avocado oil - pure maple syrup - baking powder

Blend the whole oats in a blender until a flour forms. Add in the remaining dry ingredients and blend again to combine.

Mix together the wet ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Stir the dry ingredients in with the wet ingredients, then stir in the chopped apples.

Pour the bread batter into a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.

Allow the apple bread to cool to room temperature before slicing and serving.
