Transfer the ripe bananas to a mixing bowl and mash them until creamy.

Add the peanut butter, pure maple syrup and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until combined.

Add the oats, salt, and cinnamon to the bowl and mix well until a thick dough forms.

Stir in the chocolate chips

Spread the banana oat mixture in a 8-inch baking pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Slice and serve.
