Add all of the ingredients for the sauce to a small bowl or measuring cup and mix until combined. Set aside until ready to use.

Add all of the ingredients for the meatballs to a mixing bowl and mix until well-combined. Form 14 meatballs out of the meat mixture.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet and place meatballs on the hot surface. sear for 2 minutes on two sides.
