Combine the bang bang sauce ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. Set aside until ready to use.

Prepare the sauce for the salmon in a bowl or measuring cup.

Cook the salmon chunks in a hot skillet then pour in the sauce. Continue stirring and cooking until salmon bites are glazed and cooked through.
