Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Transfer the ingredients for the blueberry filling to an oven-safe ramekin or bowl and mix well until combined.

In a small bowl or measuring cup, stir together the ingredients for the cobbler topping (both the wet ingredients and the dry ingredients) until a thick dough forms.

Transfer the topping to the ramekin on top of the blueberries. Place the ramekin on top of a baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 28 minutes, or until the topping is slightly golden brown and the blueberry filling is bubbly.

Allow the gluten-free blueberry cobbler to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
