Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet (12-inch skillet recommended) over medium-high heat. Add the onion, sprinkle with sea salt, stir well, then cover.

While the onion is cooking, chop the cabbage. Add the cabbage to the skillet, sprinkle with a little more sea salt, and cover.

While the cabbage is cooking, chop the remaining ingredients. Add them to the skillet and stir well.

Taste for flavor and add more sea salt, a drizzle of liquid aminos or soy sauce, or hot sauce to your personal taste. Serve and enjoy!
