CROCK POT MONGOLIAN BEEF

This easy dump-and-go Crock Pot Mongolian Beef recipe requires just a handful of basic ingredients and hardly any effort! Tender beef is swaddled in a sweet and savory sauce then served over rice for dinner perfection.

Toss the beef stew meat in tapioca flour, corn starch, or all purpose flour.

Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a measuring cup or a small bowl.

Transfer the beef to the bottom of your crock pot. Pour in the sauce.

Give everything a big stir. Cook on low heat 4-5 hours or high heat 2-3 hours.

At the end of cooking, stir in the green onions. Serve Mongolian beef over steamed rice, and enjoy!
