Mix the wet ingredients together in a mixing bowl until well combined.

In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.

Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well until a thick, sticky dough forms.

Form scone shapes out of the dough using your hands and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 18-22 minutes.

If you'd like, drizzle the scones with a powdered sugar glaze made from 1 cup of powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of water. Enjoy!
