Blend the oats in a blender until a flour forms, about 60 seconds.

Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl, then add in the eggs and pure vanilla extract. Mix to combine.

Add the dry ingredients to the bowl with the wet ingredients, then stir in the chocolate chips.

Line a muffin tray with paper liners and fill them most of the way up with muffin batter.
