Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until creamy.

Add in the peanut butter, pure maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until the wet ingredients are combined.

Add the oats, cinnamon, and sea salt to the mixing bowl with the wet ingredients and stir well. Then, stir in the chocolate chips.

Spread the peanut butter oatmeal mixture into a parchment-lined baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 18-22 minutes.

Allow the bars to cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
